APAC Tennessee, Inc., a CRH company, is seeking an Equipment Operator to join a team on road and site construction projects near Memphis. You will operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, follow Foreman directions, and report issues promptly.

Candidates must meet pre-employment checks, pass a drug screen, and be willing to travel and work nights or weekends. Minimum education GED or high school diploma and prior construction experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in construction field or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on road/site construction and paving projects.
• Report problems to supervisor and maintain a safe work environment.
• Follow Foreman directions and daily task expectations for each project.
• Perform daily pre/post inspections and assist in training less-experienced workers.
