The Heavy Equipment Operator role requires 3+ years of relevant experience and entails operating dozers, loaders, haul trucks, and related equipment in open pit/mine environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment (e.g., Haul Truck, Bulldozer, Excavator).
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time to various locations.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment in pit and mining operations.
• Report any problems to your manager.
• Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and co-workers.
• Maintain eye contact and use hand signals when backing or moving around coworkers.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA safety policies and company procedures.
