Job summary

DynaCon in Houston, TX is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our on-site crew. The role focuses on operating excavators, loaders, and dozers to support excavation, shoring, cofferdam, and dewatering tasks on civil and marine projects.

Qualifications

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently (excavators, loaders, dozers).
• Experience in heavy civil construction: earthwork, excavation, grading, levee work.
• Experience with excavation tasks, trenching, grading, site prep in heavy civil or marine environments.
• Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with evaluating used equipment and safety concerns.
• OSHA safety compliance and ability to follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license; equipment operator certifications or licenses are a plus.
• Physically able to work outdoors in varying weather, lift and carry materials, and stand/bend/climb.
• Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities
