Job summary

MP Nexlevel, LLC is seeking a Skilled Backhoe Operator in the United States to operate backhoes, skid steers, excavators, and related equipment on construction sites. The role requires daily equipment maintenance, safety adherence, and assisting with material handling and site preparedness.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, a valid driver’s license, and a DOT Health Card. CDL (Class A) is preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Valid DOT Health Card.
• Preferred: Class A Driver’s License (CDL).

Responsibilities

• Operate a specific piece of equipment as required.
• Grease, oil and perform daily maintenance of equipment.
• Hand dig around existing utilities when necessary.
• Operate tampers, jackhammers, drills, and saws as trained.
• Carry and load materials to be used on the job.
• Follow all company safety policies and practices.
• Report equipment repairs to Foreman or Supervisor.
• Light repair and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Assist in hauling equipment to and from job site.
• Clean up and restore work area.
• Wash and clean vehicles and equipment.
• Participate in safety training as required.
