We are seeking *experienced* Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team.**Job Summary:**As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting the installation, alteration, addition, and repair of electrical systems and related infrastructure on a variety of projects. This position involves operating heavy machinery (*excavators, track hoes, skid steers, backhoes*) to perform trenching, grading, and material handling in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.**Responsibilities:*** Assist in the installation, alteration, addition, and/or repair of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment on diverse projects.* Operate Excavators / Track Hoes / Skid Steers / Backhoes.* Ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations.* Perform work with hand tools as needed.**Qualifications:*** Minimum 5 years of operating experience of large Excavators / Track Hoes / Skid Steers / Backhoes.* Knowledge of Ductbank installation.* Demonstrated safe and proficient operation of equipment in a variety of work environments.* Ability to dig trenches by use of hand tools and equipment.* Must be able to pass federal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
