Heavy Equipment Operator

ReThink Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Granby, CO / Rockies. Employment Type: Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of heavy equipment, including but not limited to excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and cranes.
• Safely and efficiently perform tasks such as excavation, grading, leveling, loading, and material handling.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to minimize accidents and maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and project completion within deadlines.
• Keep accurate records of daily activities, including equipment usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance performed.
• Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions to meet specifications and achieve desired outcomes.
• Identify potential hazards and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
• Proficiency in operating a variety of heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and cranes.
• CDL license a PLUS and any other valid and up-to-date heavy equipment operator's license or certification.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and protocols related to heavy equipment operations.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Physical stamina to withstand long hours of sitting, standing, and operating heavy machinery.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to work in different weather conditions and environments.
