FCC Environmental Services, LLC in Florida is seeking a dependable Loader/Equipment Operator for 2nd shift (3:30 PM–12:00 AM). You will lift and transport demolition and MSW materials, operate loaders and skid steers, perform lot cleaning, and assist customers with unloading.

The role requires HS Diploma or GED, strong communication, and the ability to work safely with diverse teams in a fast-paced waste management environment. Equal opportunity employer committed to diversity.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Operate front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket/scoop to move materials.
• Perform routine maintenance on loaders (lubrication, fueling, cleaning).
• Operate skid steer with attachments for various processes.
• Perform lot cleaning and debris removal.
• Conduct snow removal, salting, and sanding as needed.
• Direct customers to loading areas and assist with unloading materials.

Work Schedule: 2nd Shift 3:30PM -12 AM

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operates straight or articulated rubber-tired tractor-type vehicle equipped with front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket or scoop to lift and transport demolition & MSW materials from storage to load staged roll off containers.
• Performs routine maintenance on loader, such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning.
• Operates skid steer loader with multiple attachments and would perform multiple exchanges to facilitate different processes.
• Perform lot cleaning by removing debris manually and with equipment.
• Perform snow removal with each snow event along with salting and sanding to ensure a safe work environment.
• Direct customers to the proper location by material for offloading.
• Assist customers with unloading material when needed.
• Communicates with subcontractor to schedule delivery of material to disposal location.
• Perform facility and stormwater inspections with site manager.

Education

HS Diploma/G.E.D.

Experience and Competencies
