The role involves site preparation, material handling, daily inspections, and close coordination with the crew to meet project deadlines.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, strong safety awareness, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Prior experience in construction or manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment indoors and outdoors in a fast-paced environment, including lifting, rigging, loading, unloading, and stacking.
• Maintain a safe work environment and coordinate with teams and external partners using appropriate lifts and materials.
• Perform daily and periodic inspections of equipment and rigging.
• Identify maintenance or replacement needs to minimize downtime and keep productivity.
• Follow safety guidelines and report safety issues or near misses.
