Qualifications

• Must be proficient at operating Heavy Construction Equipment - Excavators (various classes), Loaders, Backhoes to complete tasks such as bulk excavation, loading trucks, fine grade work, trenching, backfilling.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to perform routine maintenance (inspections, greasing, fueling).
• Willingness to occasionally work long hours, atypical hours or weekends.
• Strong initiative, problem-solving and communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Valid Driver's license.

Requirements

• Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
• Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
• Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record is preferred
• Pre-employment medical fit-for-duty test
