Job summary

Mountain Companies in Boise, Idaho is seeking an Equipment Operator - Grading to join our field team. This full-time role requires operating grading equipment to shape parking lots and roadways, with a focus on plan-reading and machine control.

You will need to read and follow project plans, potentially work with GPS/topcon systems, and be able to work overtime during the summer, following supervisor instructions and making independent decisions when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience running equipment grading parking lots and roadways.
• Ability to read and interpret plans.
• Knowledge of GPS is a plus; previous use of Topcon Systems is noted.

Requirements

• Looking for personnel that have experience running equipment grading out parking lots and roadways.
• Have knowledge of reading plans
• Have knowledge of GPS would be a plus.
  • We currently use Topcon Systems for base/rover and machine controls.
• Work will require overtime most of the summer.
• Must have knowledge of all equipment involved in daily operations.
• Being able to follow instructions and be able to make some decisions on your own
