Matrix Service in Ferndale, WA is seeking a seasoned Heavy Equipment Operator to assist in construction tasks under supervision from the General Foreman or Superintendent. You will operate backhoes, excavators, dozers, loaders, graders and trenchers, perform pre‑shift inspections and uphold safety practices to ensure efficient operations.
Required are 4+ years of heavy equipment experience, knowledge of safety protocols, ability to read schematics, and effective communication with the crew.

Hiring range: $55.00 to $58.00 per hour
