Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience operating construction equipment (excavators, loaders, graders, scrapers, skid loaders, rollers).
• Knowledge of power and hand tools, materials, and equipment used on construction sites.
• Knowledge of excavation and backfilling methods, practices, and procedures.
• Knowledge of safety practices and OSHA standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly with site personnel.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Ability to listen to and understand verbal and written directions.
• Demonstrated reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check in compliance with federal regulation.
