Responsibilities

• Adjust to changing job site conditions and solve problems as they come up.
• Keep basic time and material records.

William Civil Construction is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team working on utilities and site development projects. If you’re comfortable in the seat of a dozer, excavator, or loader - and know how to get the job done safely and efficiently -

What You’ll Do:

• Operate equipment like excavators, dozers, loaders, blades, haul trucks, and water trucks
• Work on a variety of projects including utilities, grading, and site prep
• Identify and avoid underground utilities before digging
• Adjust to changing job site conditions and solve problems as they come up
• Keep basic time and material records
• Travel from interstate highway to rural dirt roads from various locations
• Most importantly: look out for your crew and keep safety top of mind
  

What You Bring:

• Experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
