Job summary

EquipmentShare is seeking a Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic) for our Denver, CO facility. You will maintain and repair a variety of heavy equipment and aerial lifts, using real-time data to diagnose issues and keep our fleet operating safely.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime potential, on-call duties, and opportunities for training and career growth within a fast-paced, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or trade certificate preferred.
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred.
• Owns tools required for the job.

Responsibilities

• Use tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders.
• Track machine service intervals and order parts.
• Diagnose issues quickly using data from multiple makes and models.
• Maintain complete work orders and paperwork daily.
• Assist with equipment pickup/delivery as needed.
