Qualifications

• Own tools required for position.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics/diagrams.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, assign, and monitor work orders using our tech.
• Track machine service intervals and diagnose issues quickly.
• Order parts and analyze root causes from real-time data.
• Maintain documentation of work performed daily (paperwork/electronic).
• Assist with pickup/delivery of equipment & parts; comply with OSHA requirements.
