Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant degree or technical program, or high school diploma with strong interest in the field.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, tools and equipment is helpful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working in outdoor/field and shop environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance support: assist with routine maintenance and repair work on equipment.
• Diagnostics & troubleshooting: observe and learn to identify problems under supervision.
• Preventative maintenance: help perform tasks to keep equipment reliable.
• Documentation: assist in maintenance logs and reports.
• Compliance & safety: learn and follow safety procedures and regulations.
• Team collaboration: work with mechanics, equipment managers, and field staff.
