We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking to add hardworking, motivated, and skilled individuals to our dedicated teams across a large and expanding geographic area. As a qualified Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will apply your mechanical knowledge and hands-on expertise to repair and maintain drill equipment, hoe-rams, skid steers, and other machinery, both in our garage and at various job sites.

Responsibilities include:

  • Replacing and repairing equipment
  • Performing preventive maintenance
  • Troubleshooting mechanical systems such as motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components
  • Following all safety policies and procedures
  • Performing field repairs and services
  • Coordinating with the Equipment Manager on parts and supplies
  • Using and operating hand and power tools safely
  • Proactively identifying safety hazards
  • Completing maintenance documentation
  • Participating in team meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Own hand tools up to 1 5/8 inches or willingness to acquire them
  • Good driving record
  • Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card
  • Ability to pass ATF screenings
  • Physical ability to lift 50-100 lbs., with frequent stooping and bending
  • Ability to work outdoors on uneven surfaces in varying weather conditions

About You

This is a mid-level mechanic role. Ideal candidates are high school or technical school graduates, preferably with ASE certification in automotive or heavy equipment maintenance, and have 3-5 years of relevant experience. You are a self-starter, capable of working independently, with skills in mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, diesel engines, welding, electrical systems, and PLCs. Military veterans with discipline and safety standards are also encouraged to apply. We value dedication, enthusiasm, integrity, honesty, and responsibility.
