Responsibilities and Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification or Degree in this field/ or minimum of three years experience
• Record-keeping (paperwork/data entry)
• Must be able to trouble shoot Hydraulic Systems
• Proficient with Light and Heavy equipment
• Must be able to trouble shoot 12 and 24 Volt Systems
• Must have own tools up to 2 inch
• Able to work both in yard and service clients in field using company truck
• Great customer service communication
• Must have and obtain a good driving record (MVR)
• Hold a CDL license
• Ability to conduct repairs in a timely and efficient manner
• Must be able to weld both Stick and Mig, Air Arcing is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Clean and organized
• Must be able to pass a Physical and Drug Screen (DOT)
• Ability to attend Factory School (company pays), to keep you updated on changes in your field
