Job summary

LB3 Enterprises, a premier mass excavation contractor in Southern California, seeks skilled Mechanics, Welders and Oiler helpers to keep our fleet in peak condition for diverse excavation projects from San Diego to LA.

Candidates should have at least 5 years in the field; owning a tool kit and a Class B Driver’s License with relevant certifications is a major plus. Join a safety‑mocused team that values reliability and growth.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years' experience in the field.
• Owning a personal tool kit is a huge plus.
• Class B Driver’s License and relevant certifications preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to work safely around heavy equipment in production settings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and advise on parts and equipment selection and organize repair procedures.
• Disassemble and assemble machines/components; recondition/repair as required.
• Follow verbal/written instructions and communicate effectively with supervisor and teammates.
• Perform welding processes (arc, gas, aluminum, brazing) on various materials.
• Perform related work such as flame cutting, bending, forming, beveling, and notching of metal.
• Conduct detailed equipment servicing including fluid checks and changes, greasing and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with policies and OSHA standards.
• Communicate with operators and managers; ensure safety and efficiency.

Job Summary

We take on the biggest, most complex mass excavation projects from San Diego to LA with our large fleet of earth moving equipment. We are looking to add more exceptional Mechanics, Welders and Oiler helpers to help us keep our fleet in peak performance and condition so we can continue to exceed our client’s expectations. Must have at least 5 year’s experience in this field of work. Huge benefit if you have your own tool kit, Class B Driver’s License and Certifications.

You're Good At

• Perform diagnostics and advises in the selection of parts and equipment and organize appropriate repair procedures
