Job summary

Harsco Environmental in Calvert, Alabama, is seeking Heavy Equipment Mechanics to repair large off-road construction equipment in an industrial setting. Wages are $31.03 - $47.91 per hour based on experience; shifts may include nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Our Heavy Equipment Mechanics are experienced in repairing large, off-road, construction type equipment in an industrial environment. Wages are $31.03 - $47.91 per hour based on experience. Shifts may include nights and weekends.

The right candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to complete diagnostics, troubleshoot and complete repairs to heavy off-road equipment such as pot carriers, loaders, material handlers, fork trucks, and cranes. Knowledge and experience with diesel and gasoline engines, hydraulic systems and/or electronics is preferred. Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.

Qualifications
