Job summary

Sundt Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a skilled maintenance technician focused on lubrication and preventative maintenance of heavy equipment such as backhoes, excavators, dozers, loaders, and trucks. A valid Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat Endorsement and a medical card are required.

You will work with a crew to ensure safe operation, document oil samples, and travel as needed to support projects; strong safety and quality standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in industrial/commercial construction with heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of oils and lubricants with ability to perform mechanical repairs.
• Ability to operate equipment to verify proper operation after service.
• Maintain lubrication and oil sample records.
• Read and understand safety and quality standards and use relevant trade tools.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
