Position Summary:

We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Lube Technician to perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and basic servicing of our fleet, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and other heavy machinery. This role is essential to keeping our equipment in peak condition and preventing breakdowns in the field. The ideal candidate has mechanical knowledge, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lubrication, fluid checks, and oil/filter changes on heavy equipment.
• Inspect machines for signs of wear, leaks, or potential mechanical issues.
• Refill fluids, grease fittings, and replace worn components as needed.
• Keep detailed records of services performed and report any equipment concerns to the mechanic team.
• Operate service trucks and travel to job sites for on-site equipment maintenance.
• Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations for handling oils, fluids, and other materials.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, lubrication, or a related field.
• Basic mechanical knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and heavy machinery components.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to equipment care.
