Foley Equipment - Heavy Equipment Lube / Service Field Technician (CVA Technician)

Position Overview: Our Heavy Equipment Lube / Service Field Technician (CVA Technician) is responsible for providing high-quality preventive maintenance on systems, primarily focusing on heavy construction services.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Base Rate: $25.61 - $56.82 / hour

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform all levels of repair and preventative maintenance on all systems.
2. Repair or replace parts as required within the defined expectations of the task.
3. Order replacement parts and services efficiently and effectively.
4. Test and verify correct operation of all maintenance repairs and adjustments.
5. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers regarding their maintenance and repairs.
6. Work overtime as required and be available for after-hours calls.
7. Travel for training and to assist at other locations.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Basic mechanical knowledge, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulics.
• Knowledge of hand tools, air tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Understanding of crane hoist and rigging equipment (preferred).
• Forklift experience (preferred).
• Ability to read and understand specifications, service and parts literature, and technical bulletins.
• Class A CDL required or ability to obtain within three months of start date.
• Valid CDL license and ability to drive.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the diesel mechanics industry.
• Stable work history.
• Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement.
• Caterpillar experience (a plus).
