Loader Operator

Compensation: $24.00 - 26.00 per hour

Position Overview:

We seek a mechanically inclined, safety-conscious Loader Operator to operate Front End loaders in a Sand and Gravel or Asphalt Manufacturing Environment. Success depends on teamwork and proactive support of colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  1. Daily Equipment Inspection: Report safety or mechanical issues immediately, maintain inspection logs, and fuel equipment at shift end.
  2. Equipment Operation: Operate machinery safely and efficiently, maintain control, and turn off when idle.
  3. Site Safety & Observations: Monitor for site hazards, maintain feed quality, and report potential problems.
  4. Productivity: Aim for high-quality, consistent products under supervision, operating equipment safely and efficiently.

Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to understand instructions, communicate effectively, perform basic math, and interpret data.
  • Professional attitude and willingness to travel, work nights/weekends, and adhere to safety policies.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and punctual.
