Purple Wave is seeking a dependable Heavy Equipment Inspector to travel across North Florida, working directly with sellers to turn heavy equipment, vehicles, trucks, and trailers into accurate auction listings.

You will collect information, take photos and videos, obtain service records and titles, and schedule data capture for equipment being sold on purplewave.com, ensuring complete, high-quality listings for buyers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to travel extensively across North Florida.
• Knowledge of fleet, heavy agriculture and construction equipment.
• Proficiency with data gathering and communication tech.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Spanish-speaking bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Purple Wave's auction process clearly to sellers.
• Schedule and document data capture for equipment being sold on purplewave.com.
• Gather and organize service records and titles.
• Complete detailed listing sheets and take high-quality photos and videos.
• Represent the company professionally to owners, buyers and sellers.
• Input customer information in CRM and other applications to maintain communication.
• Assist Marketing with social media videos and distribute marketing materials.
• Support sellers in asset preparation to ensure listings are presentation-ready.
