Qualifications

• Mechanical experience with heavy equipment, agricultural equipment, trucks, or hydraulic systems preferred, but willing to Train the Motivated Individual with a mechanical aptitude.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use shop tools and diagnostic equipment safely
• Dependable, self-motivated, and attentive to detail
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
