Job summary

Ragle Inc is seeking a reliable Heavy Equipment Fuel & Lube Mechanic to support field operations in Fort Worth, TX. This role fuels, lubricates, inspects, and performs preventive maintenance on heavy construction equipment, trucks, and support vehicles.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, with 2+ years of maintenance experience, a Class A or B CDL with Hazmat/Tanker, and the ability to work evenings, overtime, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Clean driving record.
• 2+ years of heavy equipment maintenance experience.
• Must provide personal hand tools for preventive maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Dependable with consistent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Ability to work early mornings, overtime, and occasional weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Fuel heavy equipment, trucks, and support vehicles.
• Perform routine greasing and lubrication of equipment components.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance according to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform oil and filter changes, fluid checks, and top-offs.
• Inspect equipment for leaks, wear, damage, and potential repair needs.
• Monitor engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid, DEF, transmission, and differential fluids.
• Maintain accurate fuel, lubricant, and service records.
• Report equipment concerns and needed repairs to the maintenance team.
• Maintain a clean and safe fuel/lube truck and work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Evening-Night Shift | Some Weekends | Full-Time
