The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing high-quality repair services on equipment to respond to customer needs in a positive, caring, and timely manner, ensuring maximum value for work performed.
The physical demands include standing, walking, handling, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, climbing, balancing, sitting, and smelling. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
The work environment involves exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, humidity, heights, fumes, weather, cold, heat, electrical shock, vibration, and moderate noise levels. Travel up to 95% is required. This is a remote, safety-sensitive position. The job description may change as needed.
