Were currently seekingHeavy Equipment Excavator Operatorsto join ourCivil Highway Construction Team. This job will travel regularly throughout Western Montana and wages will increase on Davis-Bacon jobs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Heavy Equipment Excavator Operator, you will:

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Load materials into plants based on production needs.
• Gain expertise in aggregate sizes, classifications, and weight requirements.
• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures.
• Take initiative, working independently with minimal supervision.

What Were Looking For

• Proficiency in operating excavators.
• Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment ().

This role involves:
