Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical schooling in diesel/earthmoving preferred.
• 3+ years experience repairing heavy equipment, engines, or power systems.
• 1+ years admin/clerical experience and 1+ years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate service reports and submit on time.
• Prepare inspection and appraisal reports.
• Charge work to correct work orders; ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with Service Writer, Shop Coordinators and Managers.
