Mike’s Inc. is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to service heavy-duty equipment from ships to trucks in a top-tier shop. Precision, problem-solving, and pride in workmanship are essential.

You will perform smart troubleshooting with diagnostic software, execute expert repairs on diesel engines and exhaust systems, conduct total maintenance and quality checks, and maintain orderly notes. A valid CDL Class B, good physical condition, and strong teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Engine knowledge of how diesel engines work, with brands like Cummins or John Deere a plus.
• Proficient with diagnostic software and modern shop tech.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Strong work ethic, organized, and clear communicator.
• Valid CDL Class B license required.

• Shop Pride: Keeping your workspace clean and organized while keeping clear digital notes on every job.

• The Basics: You have a valid CDL Class B license and know how to use all the standard shop tools.

Pay:
Compensation will be based on experience.
