Job summary

Sherman + Reilly is seeking an assembler/production worker to set up, assemble and test components for multiple equipment classes in a demanding manufacturing environment. The role requires reading blueprints, using hand tools, and performing routine adjustments under supervision.

Must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months in manufacturing. You will regularly lift up to 60 pounds and work in a noisy, high-energy shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, assemble or produce component parts into completed units per BOM.
• Install hydraulic/mechanical components, electrical wiring, plumbing as needed.
• Read blueprints and schematics, handle materials and hand tools.
• Perform minor adjustments, repairs, or setups under supervision.
• Inspect parts using gauges, tape measures, and fixtures.
• Support quality testing and maintain tool storage daily.
