Strong candidates have experience in manufacturing, basic shop math, and hand tool use. Welding or hydraulics knowledge is a plus; a technical degree or certifications are helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Basic shop math and ability to interpret diagrams & blueprints.
• Hand dexterity and working knowledge of hand tools.
• Must be willing to work in a team environment.
• Previous experience in manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with weld, assembly processes.
• Technical degree or certifications (welding, electrical, hydraulics) helpful but not required.

Responsibilities
