Job summary

Clover Farms Dairy is seeking an experienced commercial fleet mechanic for the 3rd shift in Reading, PA. This role supports a private garage with a team of 8 mechanics and a fleet manager to keep our vehicles safe and efficient.

The position offers a starting hourly rate of $31.30–$34.67 based on experience, with Sunday-Thursday 12:00am-8:00am shifts. Candidates must have PA CDL Class A/B and strong diagnostic skills; DOT compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• PA CDL Class A or B license is required.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty vehicles using diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of DOT safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose vehicles for mechanical concerns and safety issues.
• Maintain and repair fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, and trucks.
• Schedule repairs to meet DOT standards and ensure safe operations.
• Complete paperwork in a timely, legible manner.
• Maintain fleet repair logs and records.
