Job summary

Pine Belt CDJR MS is seeking a tire technician to mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires across passenger cars, light trucks, and heavy-duty fleets. You will diagnose mechanical issues on semi-trucks and trailers, conduct fleet inspections, and perform routine maintenance.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 30–250 lbs, readiness for overtime and flexible hours, and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with heavy-duty or commercial tires preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires across various vehicle types.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on semi-trucks and trailers.
• Conduct fleet inspections and routine maintenance.
• Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with traffic regulations.
• Respond to roadside service calls using a service truck when needed.
• Use and maintain Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS).
• Assist with inventory loading, unloading, and physical counts.
• Participate in ongoing training, follow safety protocols, and uphold company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
