Job summary

Paycom is hiring for a Heavy Duty Parts Counter role at Auto Value Middlebelt in Romulus, MI. This full-time position requires strong knowledge of Heavy Duty Truck equipment and a solid background in retail automotive sales and customer service.

You will work with Territory Sales Managers to identify opportunities, source parts, and drive sales promotions, with duties including daily outbound calls and maintaining inventories to meet customer demand.

As a Heavy Duty Counter position you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Heavy Duty Parts business at Auto Value Middlebelt, MI. This position requires strong knowledge of Heavy Duty Truck equipment as well as a strong background in retail automotive sales and customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and be at the forefront of a rapidly expanding sector.

• This is a Full time position with rotation on Saturdays.
• Wage will be discussed during formal interview. Competitive pay based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Utilize your extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in Heavy Duty Parts, preferably covering all makes, to provide comprehensive support to our customers.
• Demonstrate the "Never Say No" Philosophy by efficiently gathering information to locate and identify any required Heavy Duty Truck parts.
• Collaborate with our Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to identify sales opportunities and engage customers on our full range of Heavy Duty offerings.
• Execute prompt and effective follow-up with customers to ensure accurate part selection and exceptional service.
• Assist management in developing sales promotions to drive Heavy Duty sales growth.
• Work closely with management to establish tailored Heavy Duty inventories for the stores you support, based upon customer demand.
• Conduct outbound sales calls on a daily basis, leveraging sales promotions to foster Heavy Duty sales leads.
