Job summary

ASRC Energy Services on the North Slope Alaska seeks a Heavy-Duty Oiler/Serviceman to lubricate, inspect and monitor fluids on trucks and equipment, and assist heavy-duty mechanics. Valid Alaska CDL with Hazmat and a current DOT Medical Card are required.

You will work 84 hours per week on a 2x2 or 3x3 rotation, maintain records, and support safety culture. Preference for Petrochemical/Oil & Gas experience on the North Slope. The role includes on-site camp amenities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid CDL with Hazmat endorsement (Alaska) required.
• Current DOT Medical Card required.
• NSTC safety training certification required.
• Able to work 84 hours/week on a 2x2 or 3x3 rotation.
• 5+ years of experience servicing Cat and Cummins engines, Cat loaders/dozers/rock trucks/graders, Volvo loaders, Hitachi Excavators, Manlifts, Tucker Snow cats, Vacuum trailers and Kenworth Tractors required.

Responsibilities

• Service engine, drivetrain, hydraulic and cooling systems on Heavy Duty equipment and vehicles.
• Monitor fluid levels on all vehicles and equipment.
• Perform brake inspections on air brake systems.
• Maintain records and logs of fluid consumption.
• Maintain schedules of all requests and work orders.
• Assist mechanics during repairs and maintenance activities.
• Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and the general work area.
• Comply with Company and customer policies and procedures.
• Support AES zero-incident safety culture and take responsibility for safe work practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

CDL Class A or B with Hazmat endorsement

DOT Medical Card
