Energy Job Shop on the North Slope of Alaska is seeking experienced Heavy Duty Mechanics to join our team on a 3x3 FIFO schedule. You will maintain and repair a fleet of heavy duty and light trucks, generators, and equipment in remote arctic conditions.

Ideal candidates have strong diagnostic skills and experience with Volvo and Cummins equipment, along with a valid CDL-B with air brake endorsement. The role requires long shifts, safety compliance, and the ability to pass pre-employment

Competenze

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry.
Experience with Volvo and Cummins heavy equipment and Ford light duty vehicles.
Mechanical and computer diagnostic skills.
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly.
Valid Driver License meeting insurance criteria.
Commercial Driver License class B or better with air brake endorsement (preferred).
DOT/medical card required.
Must pass pre-hire drug, alcohol, fitness, background, and computer-based tests.
Ability to work 11.5 hour shifts for at least 21 consecutive days as required.
