Wilson Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks. You will use diagnostic tools and manuals to ensure reliable on-road performance, while keeping precise repair records and adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities include teamwork to minimize downtime, operating forklifts and hoists, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace with proper PPE. Licenses or certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a heavy duty mechanic.
• Proficient with hydraulics, suspension, drivetrains, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair components of heavy-duty trucks using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Maintain accurate repair records and parts usage.
• Follow safety standards and keep the workspace organized.
• Collaborate to minimize downtime by expediting repairs.
• Operate shop equipment including forklifts and hoists.
