Point Spring & Driveshaft Co. in Fairmont, PA is seeking a full-time Heavy Duty Mechanic to diagnose and repair heavy-duty truck components using diagnostic tools, schematics, and manuals.

You will document repairs, ensure safety, minimize downtime, and operate forklifts and shop equipment. 2+ years of experience, ability to lift 75 lbs, and knowledge of hydraulics, drivetrains, brakes, and electrical systems are required.

What You'll Bring (Requirements)

• 2+ years of heavy duty mechanic experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Physical Requirements And Work Environment

• Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, or lie down.
• Regular use of hand and shop tools.
• Must lift and carry objects up to 75 lbs.
• Exposure to loud noise, grease, fumes, and temperature fluctuations.
• Work may take place indoors or occasionally outdoors.
• Company-provided PPE (e.g., safety glasses, gloves, steel toe boots) required.
• Must provide personal tools sufficient for heavy duty truck maintenance.
