What You’ll Do

Technicians diagnose truck problems and perform repairs, create repair plans, fill parts requisitions, tag warranty parts, and manage core value returns. They communicate updates to their foreman daily and keep toolboxes and workstations organized, clean, and safe.

Responsibility Levels

D-Level Technician

• Basic chassis repairs
• Basic engine repairs
• Remove & Install chassis
• Preventative and/or maintenance work
• Internal/factory warranty processes

C-Level Technician

• Basic diagnostic skills
• Comfort with major vendor/factory
• Perform most chassis repairs
• Engine accessory repairs
• Complete engine Remove & Install

B-Level Technician

• Advanced diagnostics skills
• Complete engine repairs
• Complex chassis repairs
• Knowledgeable on all vehicle component repairs
• HVAC

A-Level Technician

• Proficient on all vehicle component repairs
• Diagnose all vehicle component failures
• Root cause failure analysis
• Vibration analysis
• Aftertreatment repairs
• Aftertreatment diagnostics

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must pass post-offer drug screening, physical exam (including lift test), and background check.

Compensation

• $20–$42/hr depending on experience level and certifications + production bonus
• $2,500 sign‑on bonus
