Role Responsibilities

Technicians diagnose and repair truck issues, develop repair plans, manage parts requisitions, tag warranty parts, and maintain organized, safe workstations. Efficiency ratings should be 85% or above.

Technician Levels & Skills

We seek experienced technicians across various levels, from basic chassis and engine repairs to advanced diagnostics, root cause analysis, and aftertreatment diagnostics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude and positive attitude
• Team-oriented with a desire to succeed

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Pass drug test and physical exam

Compensation & Benefits

• $33-$50/hour based on experience
