Job summary

Gold Coast Truck Repair is seeking an experienced Diesel Technician to join our team in Oregon. The ideal candidate will diagnose and repair over-the-road diesel trucks and trailers, and perform preventive maintenance with a strong mechanical background. A minimum of three years of diesel repair experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of diesel repair experience.
• Experience using diagnostic software.
• Working knowledge of Cummins Insite, CAT ET, Paccar diagnostic systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair over-the-road diesel trucks and trailers.
• Perform preventive maintenance services.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, clutches, brakes, suspension, exhaust, and drivetrain systems.
• Perform DOT inspections.
• Diagnose, repair, and adjust air brake systems.
• Mount and dismount heavy-duty truck and trailer components.
