Job summary

Suburban Ford of Waterford is seeking an experienced Heavy Truck & Diesel Service Technician to join a fast-paced, high-volume shop. You will diagnose, repair, and rebuild diesel engines for customer-owned trucks and fleet vehicles, including transmission, driveline, suspension, electrical systems, and emissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of diesel or heavy truck experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills; ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Ford experience or ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics, repairs, and rebuilds of customer-owned diesel trucks and fleet vehicles.
• Transmission, driveline, and suspension work.
• Electrical systems, aftertreatment, and emissions handling.
• Preventative maintenance and DOT inspections.
