Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to maintain and repair diesel trucks and heavy equipment at our Hazleton, PA location. The role requires strong diagnostic skills and reliable workmanship.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus technical training; 5 years diesel repair experience, valid driver’s license with clean record, and ownership of tools. CDL-B preferred; willingness to travel and work overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• Technical training in Diesel Mechanics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment.
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Repair or replace engines, drivetrains, hydraulics, electrical, fuel, brake and suspension systems.
