Hugg and Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with sales experience at all customer levels, outstanding customer service skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environment to join our sales team. ABOUT THE POSITION

The EQUIPMENT SALES – HEAVY CONSTRUCTION role functions as part of the New/Used Equipment Sales team and is responsible for obtaining and building relationships with customers to meet their equipment needs, while offering the full capabilities of our services and products.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and maintain relationships with end users through sales calls in the territory
  • Seek out new markets to optimize opportunities in increasing profitability
  • Educate customers on equipment through product presentations/demos
  • Provide problem resolution and follow through to address customers' needs

This position is deemed a Safety Sensitive job for purposes of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment, the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act and the Louisiana Therapeutic Marijuana Act.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

This position will be working in operating facilities and outdoors traveling to numerous customer locations. The employee will encounter varying weather conditions and temperatures. The normal auto hazards will apply.

This position is continuously required to talk or hear; regularly required to sit, stand, walk, or climb.

Must be able to occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.

Position requires driving vehicle to and from customer locations.
