Heavy Construction Laborer

Job Description:

We are currently hiring Heavy Construction Laborers to support various construction projects. This is an entry-level opportunity with on-the-job training provided. You’ll assist with site preparation, concrete work, and pipeline installation, while also operating small construction equipment. This is a great opportunity to start a long-term career in construction with competitive pay and full benefits.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with site preparation and concrete placement
2. Support pipeline installation work
3. Operate small construction tools and equipment as needed
4. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled crew members
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
6. Perform general labor tasks on job sites in all weather conditions
7. Any other duties or tasks that may apply

Requirements:

• No prior experience required—willing to train the right candidate
• Must be dependable, punctual, and physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety procedures
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Some half-day Saturdays may be required)

Pay: $18 – $22 per hour (Based on experience)
