Job summary

Sevenson Environmental Services Inc. is seeking a Heavy Construction Equipment Mechanic (traveling) to service and repair heavy equipment nationwide.

The position requires extensive travel and can be based anywhere in the United States, with work at client sites and project locations across the country. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, maintaining engines, hydraulics, and drivetrain components on excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and other large equipment.

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES

Nationally recognized environmental remediation contractor (#3 in ENR) looking for a Heavy Construction Equipment Mechanic. Travel will be required. This position can be based anywhere in the United States.

The daily work will include:

• Responsible for all phases of heavy construction equipment repair, maintenance, and overhaul

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Minimum five years’ prior work experience required on a variety of heavy construction equipment including excavators, bulldozers, off-road haulers, and loaders. Other job requirements include:

• Must have own tools
• A bility to rebuild diesel and gasoline engines a plus
• Must have valid driver’s license

SALARY/BENEFITS
