Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Superintendent for heavy civil construction in Northern Virginia to oversee field operations on site development and infrastructure projects. You will manage crews, coordinate utilities, earthwork, grading and roadwork, ensure safety, quality and schedule, and liaise with project managers, inspectors, and clients.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years as Foreman or Superintendent, ability to read civil plans, strong leadership and communication skills; OSHA

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field experience as Foreman or Superintendent.
• Experience in site development, utilities, earthwork, grading or roadways.
• Ability to read civil plans and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.

A growing heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations on site development and infrastructure projects throughout Northern Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations, safety, quality, and productivity
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
• Manage utility, grading, earthwork, and site development activities
• Maintain schedules and ensure work meets project specifications
• Coordinate with Project Managers, inspectors, and clients
