Job summary

You will lead estimates from takeoff to bid submission, perform quantity takeoffs, and coordinate with subs and vendors to analyze costs and develop competitive bids. Local candidates only; U.S. work authorization required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating in heavy civil or structural construction.
• Experience with concrete structures and public works.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of takeoff and estimating software (Bluebeam, HCSS, HeavyBid).
• Experience with DOT/public agency projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle estimating from takeoff to bid submission.
• Conduct quantity takeoffs for concrete, rebar, formwork, and earthwork.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for bids and cost analysis.
• Review plans, specs, geotechnical reports, and project risks; contribute to VE and bid packaging.
